Preschool committee

We are a registered Charity and we are overseen by a volunteer parent-run committee.

Positions on the Committee are:

Chair - Overall responsibility for Committee & trustee

Treasurer - oversees finances for the group & trustee

Secretary - takes minutes of meetings  & trustee

Waiting List - coordinates new intakes

Grants & Fees - puts in our claim for funding and issues invoices

Fundraiser - oversees fundraising for the group

Health & Safety/Maintenance - overseas maintenance and safety checks

General members  - provides help where needed

Our Committee has its AGM in the Autumn term each year when the new Committee is voted in (although some committee members may remain).  All Committee members undergo DBS checks and register with Ofsted to check their suitability.  

Please consider yourself for a role on the Committee when your child is attending preschool, as we cannot legally run without a Committee.
